Charlie is a Realtor Associate at Sun Lakes Realty Inc.. They are members of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. 

Personal Information About Us: Sue and Charlie got married while attending Sacramento State where Charlie played football – and he later coached at his alma mater – Carmel High School, Carmel, California. They have been married for 43 years. They like to play golf, travel, collect antiques and collectibles. and spoil their grandchildren. They have been residents of Sun Lakes Country Club for almost 7 years. Sue’s mother and sister also live in Sun Lakes Country Club. Sue has a BS Degree in Business Management from The University of San Francisco and is a California Real Estate Broker. Her background prior to real estate was Managerial Accounting, College Teaching and Grammar School Teaching. She owned a Bookkeeping Service for a number of years specializing in converting businesses from manual to computerized accounting systems.. They also had an antique business for many years, and still buy and sell antiques and collectibles. Charlie is a Realtor. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco and a BA Degree from Sacramento State. His background is in Law Enforcement, Security and Safety Consulting, College Instructor and in Management for large corporations. He was also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Private Investigator for some years working for major corporations and large law firms.  He was also a Business Management Consultant to businesses in the U.S., Canada, Mexico. Europe and Asia.
